Charles Dallimore is senior lawyer with extensive experience in complex and large-scale commercial, estate and trust disputes.

Inheritance, estate and trust litigation forms a significant part of Charles’ practice, encompassing family provision claims, disputes over the validity of Wills, executor and trustee disputes, trust litigation and estate administration matters. He understands that clients coming to him with these matters are often navigating one of the more difficult periods of their lives, and he takes care to provide clear, considered advice that gives them confidence in their position and a genuine understanding of their options. He brings the analytical discipline and detailed knowledge of procedure that complex litigation demands, while remaining attuned to any unique personal and family dynamics involved.

He also acts for clients in commercial and property disputes, including contractual claims, director and shareholder disputes, corporate and trust disputes, professional negligence matters, and claims under competition and consumer protection legislation, including misleading and deceptive conduct. Charles has particular experience in disputes arising from corporate insolvency and restructuring, including claims brought by or against liquidators and administrators.

Charles has appeared in substantial trials and complex proceedings before all courts in Western Australia, the State Administrative Tribunal and the Federal Court of Australia.
